We had a Clam Quick Set Escape that finally succumbed to the Florida weather, but got another season out of it with the rain fly. When we purchased our new Clam Quick Set Escape, we had kept the rain fly and decided to be proactive and cover it with the fly. No matter what we did, that rain fly would NOT fit the new Clam. Therefore, I'm leery about purchasing another to see if that one might fit. Why state that it fits that model if it really doesn't? That's a lot of money to shell out with nothing but a basket of hope that it fits.

We absolutely have been enjoying our Clam, it has kept us out of the rain and bug free while camping.

It did well during some heavy rain. No leakage into the Claim.
