We ask that every purchase made for an ice shelter, IceArmor by Clam suit, screen tent or Polar Trailer or Cart that you register your product by filling out the following form.

By filling out this  form we will have your purchase information in the event of a warranty claim being made in the future. In the event that you do need to file a warranty claim on an item that you registered, please visit our warranty page to complete that process.
