Purchased several different kinds of the pinhead pros. Love the colors and details on them. Hope the fish like them as much as I do!

Is my go to lure when chasing schools of panfish and I’m not quite on the school but trying to lure them over to my. Works very well.

Absolutely the best lure for chasing schools of crappies.

I’ve found the Pinhead Pro has a much more subtle action than most traditional spoons. Because the body is mostly straight instead of heavily curved, it doesn’t flutter on the drop. Instead, it falls with a more vertical, controlled drop, which can be a big advantage when fish are pressured or not willing to chase aggressive movement.

This has been a great change-up for finesse situations and has earned a permanent spot in my box. Solid design from Clam.

The Pinhead Pro is one of those baits that everyone should have in their tackle box. There's no need for any bait, just fish it as it comes in the package. The 1/16oz is great for crappies and the 1/32oz for bluegills!!

I started using the Pinhead Pro when it came out in the new alloy a few years back and it is by far the best panfish spoon I have in my arsenal! I'm a big panfish guy in the winter and this spoon, especially in gold/black or pink wonderbread, is a killer on bluegills, crappie, and even trout here in the Black Hills. I use the 1/32nd and 1/16th oz ones regularly and really like how fast it gets down to depth and how little it needs to be moved to call in fish. I fished with and without bait on it and it does well with both depending on the bite conditions. If you try one out, you'll always have one on going forward!

The pinhead pro is definitely my favorite ice fishing lure by far! I throw it on right away and when I get on the ice and usually never switch. The glow pink wonder bread is my go to color. I usually use the 1/16 or 1/8 oz when fishing for perch or walleye. Absolute dynamite!

These lures are crazy good! Whether it’s bluegills or greenbacks, they just flat-out catch fish. I’ve got one tied on every trip — and they don’t even need bait!
