Versatile ComboPicked up a Med action combo to use for snap jigging hard baits. Plenty of backbone for a solid snap, but also has a sensitive tip for more subtle movements. Love the combo so far. Drag is smooth and I really like the fold away handle for storage.

28 inch medium lightI like the rod but please update the drop down size selection to reflect 28 inch medium light perch. I didn't know it was going to have have a spring bobber. Needs a better description. I would buy another one if a shorter one 24-26 inch no spring bobber was available. Shorter rods are nice for jigging while sitting close to a hole.

Happy overall, one minor regret:Recently purchased two of these (27" Light Dakota Perch and 28" Medium Light Dakota Perch). Used them both this past weekend and like them a lot. If I could do it over again, I would not get the Dakota Perch models... I had never used a spring bobber before and I found that they're not for me. That said, it's not Clam's fault - nor is it an issue with the product itself - it's just a feature I don't like. Very nice combo though and a great price when you can get it on sale.
