7 years later still greatWe LOVE our CLAM. Bought in 2018 and every time we unpack it to go camping we comment on how great this product is. We have had this thing in storms, heavy rain and Sonoran desert. Still fantastic. We do treat it with waterproofing every 2 years, so it is thanking us. No holes, screen still perfect, I can set it up alone in under 3 minutes and we are 70. Zipper is industrial. It is starting to show thinning of material in small spots on one side. When this goes, we will get an identical replacement. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
