Shipping Information
Your orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. During times with high order volume, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Please keep in mind that shipping times depend on the carrier. Oh, and just a heads up, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes—so make sure to provide us with a physical address.
Free shipping on orders with a subtotal over $99.99. Some items excluded such as oversized items that have a bulk shipping charge such as FishTrap shelters, Polar Trailers and other large or oversized items. Shipping can be calculated for your cart at checkout with your zip code. Large or oversized items have a bulk shipping charge that is charged per item. This charge can vary per state with the states of MN, WI, SD, ND, IA, MI, NE, IL, IN, OH having a lesser shipping charge. These shipping charges are noted on the respective product pages. Customers that have discounted pricing tiers on their accounts do not qualify for the free shipping threshold.
We are only able to offer shipping to United States customers in any of the 50 states. Customers in Canda looking for products for purchase, please visit your nearest Clam dealer for purchase.
Once an order is placed on our website, we are unable to change or add to an order. Once an order is processing, we will not be able to cancel an order.
If there is a promotion going on with a free item with a purchase, the customer needs to add the free item to their cart. We will not be able to add the free goods after the order is placed to the order. If an order is placed without a discount code and a customer forgot to add the discount code to their cart, we are unable to change the order once it is placed. You will need to place a new order to get the discount and reach out to our customer service team to cancel your first order.
Customer Pick Up
Currently, we offer cutomer pick up for oversized items. Orders can be picked up at our office in Rogers MN at 12135 Brockton Lane N Rogers MN 55369. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days after you are notified that the order is ready for pick up. Our pick up hours are between 8 am and 3:30 pm Monday-Friday. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will call you to notify you that your order is ready.

Clam Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
