Domestic Shipping

Your orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. During times with high order volume, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Please keep in mind that shipping times depend on the carrier. Oh, and just a heads up, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes—so make sure to provide us with a physical address.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99 AND OVER.  EXCLUSIONS APPLY.

Free Shipping on online orders $99 and over to any of the 48 continental states of the United States. The free shipping offer is not eligible with international orders. The cart subtotal must reach $99
after any discounts before this offer will apply. Tax (if applicable) will not count towards this $99 subtotal requirement. All orders that select the free shipment option will be shipped via the carrier
of our choice.

Free Shipping is not offered on Fish Traps, Polar Trailers, or Replacement Parts.  Oversize items and other exclusions may apply.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Some items do involve an additional oversized item charge. If this applies to your order, the oversize charge will automatically be added at check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can only ship within the U.S. and Canada. Expect increased shipping time on orders outside of the U.S. All orders must be sent to a physical address as we cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Taxes and duties are included in the rate charged to the customer when the order is placed. All fees after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS.

We are pleased to offer a flat rate shipping option to Canada for orders over $99.  This charge will cover all freight, duties, and taxes, and will be charged at 25% of the order total.  Oversize items will be excluded from this option.

DAMAGES

Clam Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
