Replacement BagClam sucks..been waiting on a new bag for almost three years..Bag I had literally fell apart so I’m not even sure why I would want another one but it’s better than nothing..every time I contact them they give me a different time frame..save your self the headache and get an Otter

Zippers suckDoesn’t take long and zippers stop working. Ended up having to cut with knife to get tent out on a trip. Been trying to get a replacement since 2024 talk about a crap product and terrible job by the company having replacement ones available.

Bag qualityI’ve had the X 600 thermal for less than a month used it three times and my bag for it already ripped love the hub but the bag quality could definitely be improved

Availability is non existentI've been attempting to purchase a large carry bag for my hub for the last 2yrs. They're never in stock. Customer service gives the run around on when their supplier is sending them some. First it was closer to ice season then November then end of December now was told around this time in January. We'll They're still out of stock. Do better clam. Absolutely terrible.

Not good.Weak fabric, offset carrying straps, ripped almost wide open to the point where it won’t even stay in the bag. Looks like they’re out of stock too and can’t find them anywhere else.
