170 inch Replacment Zipper

First of all, the zipper separated and broke with very little to no reason for it to happen. Trying to get help was impossible. Tried to just get a match for my model but Clam only stocks a black zipper not the green ones. Also tried to speak about the green ones with a live person who knew what they were doing but no live person at Clam anymore. No 1-800 possibility. Finally got a live chat, but was a true order taker with no clue how to help. No suggestions on fixing the zippper, no tips nor instructions, nothing. So, Clam is now content to leave their valuable customers with their own vices. Clam used to stand behind their products, have live people (some experts and even family some years ago) who could help repair the problems with your product. Help get the right parts and keep it going.

I will not be buying my next Clam fish hut, which will be my fifth, fish hut from Clam.
