Shipping problemsI would love to give this product a 5 star review. I have never fished in any other brand of ice shelter.
My problem is that I had ordered replacement parts online before the company changed ownership. New policies in place that were not known or posted on their website.
Only to be told by more than one customer service rep that they dont do in store pick up , and that all sales are online. In reality, they sell accessories, and tackle in their in house storefront. This store happens to be located on the other side of the west wall of the warehouse where they keeppurchased.
The time it took me to type this review or anti review took longer than it would take to have a person to person exchange for the product I purchassed.
They have my money and I dont have them shipping my purchase as far as I know. They have also not contacted me to pickup my purchase at the store during the normal 7am -3pm Mon-Fri business hours.Posted on
