Return Policy
Clam Outdoors accepts returns for items purchased directly from clamoutdoors.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new, sellable condition with original hang tags and packaging intact.
To begin the return process, please complete the return form at the link below to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. A restocking fee may apply once the product is received.
If an item is returned and found to be used, damaged (not due to a manufacturing defect), or not in sellable condition, Clam reserves the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the product will not be returned to the customer and will be handled at Clam’s discretion.

For retailer purchases, kindly contact the store where you made the purchase.
Price Adjustment Policy
Clam Outdoors offers price adjustments on items previously purchased at clamoutdoors.com within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is still in stock at the time of the request. To request a price adjustment, please email customerservice@clamcorp.com within the 15-day window and include:

Approved price adjustments will be refunded to the original form of payment.
